Hays Faraway’s growing team of Worldwide Sales Specialists are based in our vibrant, motivational and passionate sales team.

Many of our core values are based around our belief that in order to tailor-make a holiday to our client’s specific needs - delivering their perfect holiday, every member of our sales team has a specialist knowledge in worldwide travel to achieve this. From selecting the perfect hotel from our product range to personal restaurant recommendation, Worldwide Specialists use their first-hand knowledge to turn our client’s dream holiday to reality.

As we offer our clients a personal travel advisor service, a personal tailor-made service from enquiry to after-sales care is provided as part of our Quality Promise.

Worldwide Customer Support Team

Hays Faraway’s dedicated post-sales customer support and administration teams, working closely with the Sales Specialists, ensure that our customer’s needs are met after booking their holiday to their return home, supporting our Quality Promise. Our Worldwide Customer Support Team are proactive, positive and outgoing, with a superb level of customer service always being their priority.

Worldwide Product Team

Hays Faraway’s Worldwide Product Team approve and co-ordinate our product offering, including brochures, website special offers and staff training. By liaising with our in-house bed bank and aviation contracting teams, the product team ensures that a high-quality, high-value product range is offered. Our Product team are passionate about selecting the right hotels, airlines and destinations at specially-negotiated rates for our customers, enabling Hays Faraway to offer luxury worldwide holidays at affordable prices.

Worldwide Marketing Team

Hays Faraway’s Worldwide Marketing team work closely with our Product team to promote and market our specially-negotiated offers via our range of distribution channels including online, retail and external marketing.
