Your first stop today is at Wadi Bani Khalid; one of the biggest and most beautiful Wadis in Oman. Here you'll have plenty of time during your two-hour stay to swim, sunbathe, relax, and to have a picnic in the beautiful scenic wadi canyons. Then your journey continues to Bilad Sur Castle for a one-hour City Tour of the Dhow Factory, castle, and more. Next up is one-hour stop at Ras Al Jinz Turtle Reserve; where you'll go on a guided scenic walking tour on the beach at night under the stars to catch sight of Oman's great sea turtles stumbling on to the beach to build a nest and lay the eggs. No meals are included on this day and you'll stay overnight in Ras al Hadd Hotel/Camp.
On the way to a 30-minute visit to The Tomb of Bibi Maryam, the tour makes a photo stop in Qalhat. Continue on to Wadi Shab; an enormous canyon gorge that is lined with palm trees and impressive indications of what the power of the water coming down from the mountains can do in nature. After a 45-minute hike up through the canyon Wadi, you'll arrive at one of several crystal clear water pools where you can swim through the warm waters from pool to pool during your two-hour visit. No meals or accommodation are included on this day.
