This hotel features 650 guest rooms including 29 suites. There is an ATM/cash machine on-site, Universal Studios Store, complimentary WiFi in guest rooms and public areas and both valet and self parking (fees apply).
Food, drink & entertainment
The Palm, a famed New York steakhouse specialising in American fare and Italian specialties. The Kitchen offers a variety of tantalising cuisines with a rock ‘n’ roll attitude. The newly refurbished Velvet Bar is a cool spot for cocktails and conversation. The Beach Club is a poolside bar and grill serving mains, snacks and refreshing cocktails. Emack & Bolio’s Marketplace is an ice cream parlour serving ice cream, sorbets, frozen yogurts and Starbucks® Coffee.
Sport, games & activities
This hotel features a 12,000 sq. ft. sand beach pool with underwater music and waterslide, 2 hot tubs and a sand volleyball court. This hotel has a priceless collection of rock n'roll memorabilia as well as a Hard Rock® Rock Shop.
