Property facilities
This hotel features 1000 guest rooms including 83 suites. There is an ATM/cash machine on-site, Universal Studios Store, complimentary WiFi in guest rooms and public areas and both valet and self parking (fees apply).
Food, drink & entertainment
This hotel has Amatista Cookhouse, a full-service, 3-meal restaurant that offers scenic water views. There is also Strong Water Tavern which features a variety of rums, a ceviche bar and a patio overlooking the lagoon. Drhum Club Kantine is a pool bar and grille that offers fresh seafood and tropical drinks. The New Dutch Trading Co. is a Caribbean-style marketplace with a variety of grab-and-go options.
Sport, games & activities
Loews Sapphire Falls Resort has the largest pool of all the Universal Orlando hotels at 16,000sq ft. It is a resort style pool with sand beach and waterslide. There is also an interactive children's play area and a large fire pit. As well as all this there is a complimentary fitness centre and jogging and walking paths as well as a Game Room (fees apply).
Room facilities
There are a wide range of room options at this resort and all feature, one 43” flat panel television, coffee machine, mini-refrigerator, iHome radio clock with iPod docking stations, 24-Hour Room Service, toiletries, a hairdryer, an Iron and ironing board, in-room safe, in-room WiFi and air conditioning, as a minimum.
